Our Development Philosophy

Our Agile POD structure consists of the minimal & required roles to deliver your product.

1. You bring-in very lean team. As a partner, we will take care of end-to-end delivery. 
2. Daily sync-up meetings with your PO/BA. Sprint reviews / demo for every two weeks to your business team. 
3. Fortnightly executive leadership meetings on project status, risks & future state.
4. The engineering team will implement your product. This is just an indicative list of roles. It may vary based on project needs. We will load the fit-for-purpose resources for your project.
5. We charge you for this team only. The team composition may vary based on the project scope & schedule.
6. The experts handling the engineering team by providing the direction & guidance during project execution.
7. We are not going to charge you for this team. This comes as a value added service (i.e. free of cost)

Automation is the key ingredient in our product development & delivery. The CI+CD is automated which integrated with code check-in & check-out, code quality scans, security scans, automated unit testing. This robust process ensures the high quality & desirable functionality of software product.  The team of industry experts will support, direct & govern the engineering POD in creating the architecture & design of the product. They will review the every line of code built by the POD. The experts team will build the core & reusable components. 

The product release will be based on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) & MMP (Minimum Marketable Product). We will work with you in defining the functionality scope, timelines for the MVP & MMP releases. The delivery will be based on sprints, with each sprint is 2 weeks. A product demo will be provided to you at the end of each sprint. Warranty support will be provided for each release. The timelines are indicative only. The timelines will vary based on the nature of the project.

Governance is the one of the critical practice in successful delivery of the project. The governance includes: Functional, Technical & Execution. Our 7 check-point framework will enable the governance team to establish proper controls, checks & balances in project execution, delivery, cost & quality. We will have frequent & adequate check points at multiple levels (as depicted above) to ensure the project success.
